HealthFORCE: What you need to know Thank you for considering registering your school and students to be a part of our upcoming HealthFORCE event on Friday, Oct 4th! All high schools in the Greater Cincinnati region and surrounding areas are invited to attend! This event is specifically designed to expose high school students to careers in healthcare. Though the target age of attendees are sophomores and juniors, we've found that seniors (and even freshmen!) get a lot out of this event. Thus, it's at the discretion of the registered contact to choose which students to invite! Please note - students may hear of this event on their own and come directly to you and we hope you include them in the day. Completion of this registration form means you are signed up to attend the event - and you will be allowed to select your preferred session time while you register. If you wish to attend more than one session, you must register for each one separately. Logistics The event is FREE for schools/students/teachers to attend. If anyone requests payment, they are not affiliated with TAP HEALTH or The Health Collaborative. Please note we are at the Great Wolf Lodge Event Center, not the theme park - though it is right there on the property. We suggest you bring an average of 20 students to HealthFORCE - however we have some schools with a larger interest in healthcare related careers. Please give your best guess on the number of students who will attend and if you need to modify it later, you can. If you are requesting to bring more than 60 students to a session, please contact us right away. Schools must arrange their own transportation but upon arrival, parking is FREE and we have arranged an area for buses/vans or cars to drop off students before parking. We are unable to provide food to students. The teacher/educator or chaperone will need to sign in your school once you arrive. Students will not be asked to sign in individually and do not need to bring identifcation - unless
