Elemental is a sexual assault prevention program. Originally designed for high school and college students and the challenges they face, even adults can gain much benefit from the training.\ \ We focus on verbal and physical skills, teaching both non-violent and violent responses, for dealing with acquaintance and stranger assaults. Most victims of assault know their assailants, often very well, so any effective prevention program needs to take this into consideration and present options to its participants.\ The Elemental program increases student comfort with boundary setting, recognizing consent and when it is being ignored, self-protection, and awareness of the contextual dangers associated with potential assaults.\ \ This program was created by two Ball State sociology professors, along with Cincinnati Quest Martial Art\'s head instructor, to deal with situations students themselves chose as the most important and relevant.\ \ The cost for this 5 hour workshop is $75.\ \ Space is limited to 20 participants total, so enroll now!\ \ Click on the tickets link or call us at 513-671-0239
