In July 2017, the People 4 Early Childhood (P4EC) coalition conducted a "What is quality" survey with over 100 early childhood educators in the Cincinnati area and found that an overwhelming majority of individuals believe that the #1 KEY TO QUALITY is the EDUCATOR in the classroom. We also learned that a barrier for educators is the high cost of professional development, even those courses that are required by the State of Ohio. Taking that need and collaborating with the Cincinnati Federation of Teachers (CFT), we are able to present a Health & Safety Course Schedule for 2019 at NO CHARGE to those people working in the profession. The funding has been donated by educators in the Cincinnati Public Schools through their membership in CFT.
